This policy explains how Alphax processes personal data from website visitors, leads, clients, suppliers and business contacts.

Alphax processes contact details (name, email, phone), project information and briefs, technical logs (IP address, browser type) and business communication necessary to answer requests and deliver services.
We process data based on: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, legal obligations, legitimate interest (fraud prevention, direct marketing to existing contacts) or explicit consent.
We work with trusted processors for hosting (Vercel/AWS), analytics, email infrastructure, accounting software and security monitoring. Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement under GDPR.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to processing of your data. Email info@alphax.be with your request. We respond within 30 calendar days.
Project documentation is kept for up to 5 years after project close. Invoicing data is kept for 7 years under accounting law. Other communication data is deleted when no longer needed.
