These terms govern cooperation between Alphax and clients for IT services, digital projects, marketing, maintenance and security-related assignments.

These terms apply to all Alphax offers, projects and services including web development, web applications, AI automation, process automation, SEO, marketing, maintenance and security assignments.
Execution starts after acceptance of the quote or receipt of a deposit. Timelines are indicative and depend on timely feedback, content delivery, access and decisions from the client. Client-caused delays shift the delivery date proportionally.
Work outside the agreed scope is treated as additional work. This is specified and quoted in writing before execution, and only carried out after client approval. Minor urgent changes may be invoiced after delivery.
Alphax's liability is limited to the net invoiced amount of the relevant assignment. Alphax is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profit or data loss, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Invoices are payable within 14 days of invoice date. Delivered work transfers to the client upon full payment. Alphax retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Belgian law applies. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably first. If unsuccessful, the competent courts of the judicial district of Alphax's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
